A Cayman SPC Structure
Ascendra Multi Fund SPC operates as a Cayman Islands Segregated Portfolio Company. Ascendra Focused Portfolio Fund SP1 is currently the Fund's principal investment offering. The SPC structure also allows additional segregated portfolios to be established in the future where a distinct investment strategy or investor requirement warrants a separate portfolio.
